Avid Auto Detailing
A New Hampshire detailing studio wanted fewer phone calls and more confirmed bookings. We built the website and the quote engine that made it happen.

What shifted after the new site + quote tool went live.
Arthur had a full calendar of detail work but was losing time every morning answering the same four questions by phone: what does it cost, how long does it take, can you come to me, and when can you fit me in? We took those questions and turned them into a zero-friction online quote that books itself.
The brand also needed a refresh. Detail shops live or die by the gloss in their photography, so we paired the tool with imagery that actually looks like the work he does — deep black paint, crisp interiors, no stock tires.
- Quote requests were routed through a generic "contact us" form; 40%+ went unanswered over a weekend.
- Pricing varied by vehicle type and add-ons — no static price sheet could capture it.
- Competing against three shops in the same zip for the same local search terms.
- Existing site ran on a page-builder theme that took 6+ seconds to load on mobile.
- Built a three-step quote engine that asks for vehicle class, services, and zip, and returns an instant price.
- Pricing logic lives in JSON so Arthur can tweak rates himself without a developer in the loop.
- Schema markup + review aggregation lifted the Google local-pack from position 6 to position 1.
- Hand-coded WordPress theme (no page builder) — mobile load dropped from 6.2s to under 2s.
A snapshot of the three service tiers the calculator composes on the fly. Each has its own pricing logic driven by vehicle size + add-ons — the customer sees a clean menu, Arthur sees a finished quote.

The quote tool saves us hours every single day. Customers get an answer before they finish their coffee and we spend the time actually detailing cars, not sending emails.
