My name is Clement Heck, I am the owner and lead developer of Heck Design Group and heckofawebsite.com. After graduation Friends University with a double major in marketing and administration I quickly began to fall in love with small businesses and their passion. With my creative backround in photography I started my first personal portfolio, which quickly turned into a neverending pursuit of excellence. I soon realized I had a skill and quit my job to help the small businesses in my community grow.
I realized that many small businesses simply don’t have the budget to spend thousands of dollars upfront on a new website. And those that do often get taken advantage of, ending up with a poorly designed site that looks outdated—like it was built in a basement by someone unaware of modern design trends. These businesses are stuck in a tough position: they either can’t afford a quality website, or if they can, they don’t know who to trust to deliver something great. So, I adjusted my business model to better serve their needs. That’s how I developed my $0 down, $150 per month plan—making professional web design more accessible and financially manageable for small businesses.
Our Working Process
We Take Care Of Everything
After a contract is signed we send a small questionnaire about your business and what you offer, then we expand on that content and write the entire site’s content for you, create the design, get approval, then we build. Generally takes 2-3 weeks from start to finish.
Step 1
Complete Questionnaire
We send you an email with less than 10 questions about you business, services, what sets you apart, etc and we do all the rest.
Step 2
Design Approval
We then do a video screen share showing you the first draft and make any changes you want to make sure you’re 100% satisfied.
Step 3
Development
Once approved, we can start coding the site out and setting everything up. We will send a demo link to view before we launch and go live.
Qualifications & Experience
His background includes two years studying sales at Kansas State University and a bachelor’s degree from Friends University, where he double-majored in marketing and business administration. He has worked on various brand projects, including product photography and ad campaigns. Additionally, with over a decade in B2B and the wholesale industry, he has grown his online reselling revenue to six figures.
